Our self-developed core engine uses local editing rules rather than hosted GPU rewriting. Each rewrite still requires text tokenization on our US server, which has operating costs and does not retain submitted text. This differs from hosting the entire rewrite and supports our unlimited word/use license model; it does not mean zero server costs or fully offline use.
Online services that process text on hosted servers pay ongoing compute, bandwidth, and operations costs; GPU inference can be particularly expensive. More words and requests can increase those costs. If revenue cannot cover them, providers may impose quotas, change prices, or discontinue service. That is a continuity risk to consider, not a prediction about any named platform; architectures and business models differ.
KeepAIOut integrates an extensive set of built-in rules in its self-developed core editing engine. Each rewrite requires online tokenization on our US server, followed by rule-based rewriting on your computer rather than hosted GPU rewriting. Tokenization text is not retained. Network service, development, updates, and support still incur costs; the license supports that work without word or use quotas during its term.

There are no software-imposed word quotas, use-count quotas, or credit deductions for text polishing during your trial or paid license term. Available memory, hardware, and document size still affect processing; unlimited does not mean infinite single-file capacity or guaranteed speed.
The free trial requires no login, account, or payment and lasts 3 days. After it ends, choose a paid license only if you want to continue text polishing. The trial does not automatically become a paid plan or charge you.
These are one-time licenses, not automatically renewing subscriptions. Monthly, 6-month, and annual access end when their term expires; Lifetime has no fixed expiry. Every plan includes free version upgrades during its valid term.
Request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first paid license purchase by emailing support@keepaiout.com from the purchase email with your order reference. This includes Lifetime. Outside this period, repeat purchases, upgrades, or plan changes do not qualify for this voluntary no-reason policy. Activation or ordinary use does not disqualify an eligible first purchase.
