Email support@keepaiout.com from your purchase email with the order reference within 7 calendar days of your first paid purchase for a full refund, including Lifetime. Normal activation or use does not remove eligibility. Late requests, repeat purchases, renewals, upgrades, and plan changes are excluded from this voluntary policy; statutory remedies remain unaffected. Approved refunds return via the original Waffo Pancake payment method and revoke the license.

An external checkout is operated by Waffo Pancake; review its displayed seller, amount, currency, tax, and terms before any confirmation.
A paid email account supports up to 5 computers; rebinding after all slots are used requires support@keepaiout.com. Free version upgrades apply during the license term. Purchases are one-time, not auto-renewing. Every rewrite requires sending text to our US tokenization server before local rewriting; submitted tokenization text is not retained. License and support records are stored separately as described in the Privacy Policy.
